Custom orders are always welcome, please message me first with details about what you would like for your personalized made to order earrings/Jewelry. This can include colour choice, size, style, shape or a picture will also work.

Once we have agreed on the design I will quote you a price under my custom order listing. Once order is placed I will immediately start working on it.

Return Policy:
Custom orders are non refundable.
If your earrings come damaged due to shipping or arrive broken please send me a picture within a week of arrival and contact me and I would be more than happy to work out a solution.

• Store & treat pieces gently, if dropped or bent they may break.
• Avoid wearing in water & store in clean/dry area
• To clean you may use soapy water and lightly scrub the surface.
• Avoid wearing when applying perfume, hairspray, or deodorant
• For Brass pieces, they may antique over time, polish with microfiber cloth to bring back the shine.

• Orders ship within 3-5 business days after order is placed unless noted otherwise.
• Shipping takes about 3-5 days using standard shipping, tracking is included.
• Please take into consideration these are estimated delivery days and may take longer due to the pandemic and around holiday seasons.

We are able to create earrings as clip ons for many earrings in our inventory, although not all. Please let us know which styles you are interested in by sending us a message and we will let you know if it’s possible. There’s no additional cost for clip on styles.

Yes! Our earrings posts/backs are hypoallergenic surgical grade stainless steel or gold filled. They are not technically marked nickel free, but our customers with nickel allergies have not reported any issues.
